What VMenu is

VMenu is a restaurant menu directory. We publish restaurant listings, menus, hours, and related information so you can find places to eat and see what they serve. Menus, prices, and hours change — restaurants update them, and we do our best to keep up, but what you see here may differ from what a restaurant currently offers. When it matters, call the restaurant to confirm.

Using the site

You may browse listings, search menus, save favorites, and write reviews. You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at abusive volumes or circumvent access controls.
• Post reviews or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a restaurant.
• Use the site to send spam or collect other users’ information.

Your content

Reviews, menu suggestions, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant VMenu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the site. Reviews are public and attributed to your username. Don’t include personal details in a review that you wouldn’t want the whole internet to see.

Restaurant data

Listings, menus, and hours are provided for informational purposes. We work from restaurant-published sources and public listings, but we can’t guarantee every detail is current or complete. VMenu is not a party to any transaction between you and a restaurant.

Accounts

You’re responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us and we’ll help secure it.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMenu and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of VMenu after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
