What is VMenu?
VMenu.com is a local restaurant menu directory, online since 1997. We publish full restaurant menus — searchable dish by dish — along with hours, features, specials, coupons, and diner reviews, organized city by city.
Is VMenu free to use?
Yes. Browsing restaurants, searching menus, reading reviews, and saving favorites are all free. Restaurant listings are free too.
Do I need an account?
No — you can browse everything without one. A free account lets you save favorite restaurants, write reviews, and enter contests. Registration takes about thirty seconds.
How do I search for a specific dish?
Use Search Menus in the top navigation. Type the dish or ingredient — “pho”, “brisket”, “tiramisu” — and we’ll show every nearby restaurant whose menu mentions it, with prices.
How accurate are the hours and open/closed status?
Open/closed status is computed from each restaurant’s posted hours, so it’s as accurate as the hours we have on file. Restaurants occasionally change hours for holidays or events — when it really matters, call ahead.
How do I use a coupon or special?
Read the terms on the special’s listing — some are “mention this deal” offers, some have day/time restrictions, and some may require printing or showing the page. When in doubt, mention VMenu when you’re seated.
A restaurant I love isn’t listed. What can I do?
Use the Suggest a Menu form and tell us the name, address, and anything else you know. A real person reviews every suggestion, and we’ll track down the menu and add the listing.
I own a restaurant. How do I get listed or update my menu?
Listings are free. Start with the Suggest a Menu form and note that you’re the owner, or visit the Restauranteurs page for details on claiming your listing and keeping your menu, hours, and specials current.
Can a review be removed?
Reviews reflect genuine dining experiences and generally stay up. If a review contains false factual claims, hate speech, or was posted to the wrong restaurant, contact us and we’ll review it.
